How do I save my game?
Last Lot saves at safe gameplay checkpoints. After an interruption, reopen the app and choose Resume run. If a save error appears, keep the app installed and contact us before clearing its data.
How do I move my progress to another device?
From Home, open Settings → Save backup → Save backup file. Choose a location outside the app, such as iCloud Drive or Google Drive. On the other device, open Save backup → Choose backup to restore and select that file.
A backup includes your home balance, discoveries, owned relics, settings, current run and full run history. Restoring replaces the current save; it does not merge saves. Review the confirmation first. The previous save is kept on that device under Recover previous save.
Does Android back up automatically?
The Android version supports system backup when you enable device backup. Android decides when to run it, so a recent save may not have reached your backup yet. Restore depends on your device, Google account, backup settings and available quota. This is not live cross-device sync.
Always export a backup yourself before uninstalling, clearing app data or changing phones. Keep it in your Drive or another safe location. Google’s automatic backup has a size limit; a very large history may require a manual backup.
What should I include in a bug report?
Tell us what happened, what you expected, your device model and app version, and the floor or screen where it happened. A screenshot helps. Settings → Help & support → Contact support opens an email draft with basic app and OS information; you can edit it before sending.
Never send passwords or sign-in codes. Only attach a save file if you want us to inspect your progress.
Can I change language or analytics settings?
Open Settings to choose English or 한국어. Gameplay analytics can be switched off there without affecting your progress. Switching it off stops new gameplay analytics and resets the device’s analytics data; it does not automatically erase information already sent to Google.
How do backups work on iPhone and iPad?
Settings → Save backup opens Apple’s Files picker. Save a backup to iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, or another provider you choose. Select that file on your other device to restore. This is a manual transfer, not live cloud sync. Keep a current backup before deleting the app or changing devices.
