These terms cover your use of Last Lot and its support website, operated by CODYSSEY. Contact: codyssey100@gmail.com. Use the game only if you can legally agree to these terms, with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Your app store’s applicable terms also apply.
2. Playing Last Lot
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the game for entertainment. Auctions, gold and collectibles are fictional game mechanics. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be cashed out, and do not confer ownership of real assets. This version does not include in-app purchases or real-money wagering.
3. Saves and backups
The game saves progress locally. You are responsible for keeping an exported backup before uninstalling, clearing data or switching devices. Android system backup depends on your device and provider and may not contain the most recent progress. Restore replaces the existing save rather than merging it. We cannot promise recovery when no readable backup exists.
4. Fair use and intellectual property
Do not use the service unlawfully, compromise its security, or harass support staff. Game software, artwork and other original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, available in Settings and on our licenses page. Nothing here restricts rights granted by those licenses or mandatory law.
5. Updates and availability
We may fix bugs, rebalance gameplay and update or discontinue features. We aim to preserve compatible saves but cannot guarantee that every old save will remain compatible with every future version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate or required. Internet services can be interrupted; the game’s core offline functionality does not depend on this website.
6. Responsibility and consumer rights
We take reasonable care in providing the game and support, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes statutory consumer rights. Any app-store purchase or refund is subject to the relevant store process and applicable law.
7. Privacy, questions and changes
Our privacy policy explains data handling and your choices. If a dispute arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory laws and competent courts remain available. We may update these terms, with notice when required; the effective date appears on this page.
